Oregon SHIBA is here to help

  • The Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance (SHIBA) program is a statewide network of trained counselors who volunteer their time to educate and advocate for people of all ages who have Medicare.
  • As part of the Oregon Department of Human Services, Medicare information and counseling services offered through SHIBA are a free public service.
